Multiple account registrations by a single individual – using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods – are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and any other required details. Voxy88 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

• Your account password is entirely your own responsibility — choose one that is strong and unique.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

• Voxy88 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from login credentials that were shared or stolen due to the member's own negligence.
• Any changes to personal information should be updated via the account profile page or by contacting Voxy88 CS.

Voxy88 reserves the right to freeze or close any account that shows suspicious activity, including but not limited to the use of VPNs, automation software, or unusual betting patterns.

Voxy88 supports a wide range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

Payment methods accepted by Voxy88:

• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in circumstances approved by the Voxy88 finance team.
• Voxy88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding RM1,000 per transaction.
• Winnings obtained through fraudulent means or system manipulation will be forfeited in full.
• Voxy88 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, payment service providers may impose their own charges.

General conditions applicable to all Voxy88 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be directly converted to cash unless the rollover requirement has been met.
• The standard rollover requirement (wagering multiplier) at Voxy88 is 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type — please refer to the respective promotion terms.
• Only bets placed using real money (not bonus funds) count towards meeting the Sports Betting rollover requirement.
• Voxy88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonus abuse — including bonus arbitrage, back-and-forth betting across multiple accounts, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings, as well as account closure.

All bets placed on the Voxy88 platform are final once confirmed by the system, except in the following circumstances where Voxy88 reserves the right to void a bet:

• The match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the timeframe stipulated by the relevant sports organiser.
• There is an obvious technical error in the display of odds or match information.
• The odds displayed differ significantly from standard market odds due to a system error or data input mistake.
• There is evidence of match manipulation or sports fraud (match fixing).

For football betting — including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), and other international leagues — full 90-minute match rules apply unless stated otherwise. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and injury time do not count unless explicitly specified in the bet type.

For online casino betting such as baccarat, roulette, and live table games — all outcomes determined by the game system or live dealer are final and cannot be disputed. Technical issues affecting an ongoing game will be resolved in accordance with the respective game rules policy.

Voxy88 has a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. We cooperate fully with relevant authorities and comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Voxy88 platform and may result in legal action:

• Using stolen or unauthorised credit cards, bank accounts, or payment methods to make deposits.
• Using the Voxy88 platform as a channel to launder money obtained through illegal means.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system or odds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of online casino games.
• Any form of hacking, cyberattack, or attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities within the platform.

Should Voxy88 detect any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to freeze the account immediately, place a hold on all associated balances, and report the activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia.

Members may close their Voxy88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining cash balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal within 5–7 business days after the closure request is confirmed, subject to the completion of all relevant requirements.

Voxy88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• False or inaccurate registration information.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from regulatory authorities.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, Voxy88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, winnings, and bonuses in the account. Members who are dissatisfied with an account closure decision may submit an appeal through Voxy88's official support channels.

• Decisions made by members based on odds or match statistics displayed by Voxy88 — all bets are placed entirely at the member's own risk.
• Any issues arising from the use of third-party software or hardware that is incompatible with the Voxy88 platform.

All content, designs, logos, brand names, text, graphics, images, software, source code, and other materials found on the Voxy88 platform are the exclusive property of Voxy88 or its respective licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any Voxy88 content without prior written consent.
• Any logo, name, slogan, or brand identity of Voxy88 may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
